Payment methods

- Credit and Debit Cards : Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro & UnionPay.
- Digital Wallets : Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

When you're charged

You're charged when you place your order. If we can't process your order for any reason, you won't be charged. If you're already charged and we can't fulfil the order, we'll refund you.

Payment security

Your payment goes through a secure, encrypted connection (SSL). We use trusted payment processors. We don't store your full card details, the processor handles that.

Billing address

Your billing address needs to match what's on your card. If it doesn't, payment might fail. Make sure it's correct.

Failed payments

If your payment fails, we'll let you know. You can try again or use a different payment method.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. It takes 5 to 14 business days to process, plus a bit longer for your bank to show it.

Currency

Everything's in GBP (pounds sterling). No currency conversion, what you see is what you pay.

Invoices

If you need an invoice for your order, we can email one. Just ask at support@tailvara.com

Disputes and chargebacks

If there's a problem with your order or payment, talk to us first. We can almost always sort it out. If you raise a chargeback without contacting us, it makes everything slower.

Fraud prevention

We use standard fraud checks. Occasionally an order might be held for verification. We'll contact you if that happens. It's normal and helps protect everyone.
