How We Ship
At Tailvara, shipping is simple. Free UK delivery, fast dispatch, and straightforward tracking.
Order Processing
Order Cut-Off Time 6:00 PM (GMT)
Orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed the same business day (Monday - Friday only).
Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on bank holidays are processed the next business day.
Processing Time 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday)
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Delivery
Free Shipping All orders delivered within the United Kingdom qualify for FREE Delivery. No minimum order value is required.
Total Delivery Time 8-13 business days to doorstep.
This is an estimate based on standard Royal Mail delivery times. Most orders arrive within this window, but occasional delays can happen.
Delivery Partners We use Royal Mail and other trusted UK carriers. All orders come with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a unique tracking number. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
You can use this tracking number to:
- Follow your parcel in real time
- See estimated delivery dates
- Get delivery updates
What If My Parcel Is Delayed?
Occasionally, parcels are delayed by Royal Mail, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Within 8-13 business days: No action needed. Deliveries can take up to 13 business days, and some parcels may arrive slightly later.
After 13 business days: If your parcel hasn't arrived, please contact us at support@tailvara.com with your order number and tracking details. We'll investigate with Royal Mail.
If your parcel is lost: We'll work with the courier to trace it. If it can't be found, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address
If you notice your address is wrong before your order dispatches, let us know immediately at support@tailvara.com and we'll correct it.
If your address is wrong after dispatch, the parcel may be returned to us. We'll contact you to confirm the correct address and re-ship at no extra cost.
Public Holidays & Bank Holidays
Orders placed on public holidays or bank holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak holiday periods (Christmas, Easter, summer breaks).
International Shipping
At this time, Tailvara ships to UK addresses only. We're looking at international options for the future.
Shipping Costs
Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders. There are no hidden shipping fees or surcharges.
We absorb the cost of shipping because we believe it's fair, you're buying quality products, and we want to get them to you without surprise fees.
