Pet Carrier Hoodie : What You Need to Know
What is a pet carrier hoodie?
A pet carrier hoodie is a sweatshirt with a built-in front pouch designed to keep a small pet close to the wearer during supervised use.
What pet weight is recommended for the carrier pouch?
The pouch is best suited to small cats and dogs weighing up to approximately 5 kg / 11 lb. Your pet should be able to sit comfortably inside the pouch without stretching the fabric or restricting movement. Always supervise your pet while using the hoodie.
Is this pet carrier hoodie suitable for cats?
Yes. The front pouch can suit smaller cats depending on their body size and comfort level.
Can small dogs use the front pouch?
Yes. It can also suit small dogs that fit comfortably inside the pouch without being restricted.
Can I use this hoodie instead of a normal pet carrier?
No. It is intended for supervised casual use and should not replace a secure carrier for vehicle travel, public transport or airline journeys.
How do I choose the correct hoodie size?
Use the bust, shoulder, sleeve and overall length measurements in the size guide. The fit is intentionally relaxed, so compare the measurements with an existing loose-fit hoodie.
